Tropical Storm Enteng maintains power, strikes over Isabela

MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Enteng (worldwide title: Yagi) maintained its power because it moved over Isabela province on Monday night, based on the state climate service.

In its 8 p.m. replace, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Providers Administration (Pagasa) stated Enteng barely elevated its velocity at 25 kilometers per hour (kph), shifting north-northwestward. It was carrying most sustained winds of 85 kph and gusts of as much as 140 kph.

“Enteng is forecast to proceed shifting north-northwestward or northward over Cagayan Valley or northern Cordillera Administrative Area earlier than turning west-northwestward over the Babuyan Channel by tomorrow (3 September) morning,” Pagasa stated.

“From tomorrow afternoon to Thursday, Enteng will transfer typically westward over the West Philippine Sea. On the monitor forecast, this tropical cyclone could exit the Philippine Space of Duty on Wednesday (4 September) morning or afternoon,” it added.
