Olympic 400m silver medallist and two-time 400m relay world champion Roger Black has revealed he has undergone open coronary heart surgical procedure.
Black, 58, stated he has been having annual check-ups on the center situation he was first recognized with aged 11 and had the operation three weeks in the past.
