Miley Cyrus is reportedly being sued for copyright infringement after allegations that her chart-topping track “Flowers” is a rip-off of Bruno Mars hit track, “After I Was Your Man.”

Based on paperwork obtained by US media TMZ and Rolling Stone, Cyrus faces a lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles federal courtroom from an organization referred to as Tempo Music Investments, who claimed “Flowers” contains unauthorized “duplication” of a number of parts from Mars’ 2012 track.
