I wanted to make use of up some cauliflower and shredded 3-cheddar mix, Plan your time so the cauliflower will get a pleasant brown on the roasting pan aspect. I used an immersion blender and appreciated the way it let me management the feel. DH doesn’t like many puréed soups, and I left it extra coarse and chunky which suited him effectively! I particularly like how the soup will get its thickness from the puréed veg, and that the fats sources have nutrient density. I’ll positively make this once more, thanks for an ideal recipe!
