Mix quinoa flakes with paprika, cumin, floor coriander, oregano and chilli powder and blend properly.

Add the rooster strips to the quinoa combine and coat properly, urgent the quinoa flakes and spices into the rooster.

Lay the rooster strips onto the ready tray and calmly spray with cooking oil spray. Bake for 10-Quarter-hour, then flip rooster over, spray once more with cooking oil spray and return to the oven for an extra 10 minutes or till rooster is cooked
