We have now begun Spring Monitor & Subject now for 14 weeks!

We’ll embody tempo, hills, and a few thresholds upcoming.

We gives you 14 weeks of Spring Monitor & Subject.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week three of the Spring Monitor & Subject Program.

Heat up properly; 8 x 400m, 200m jog, at Mile tempo, Tempo run, 20 minutes, (at 20 second per mile over present 5k race tempo), 8 x 200m, 200m jog, 200m at mile tempo, closing 2 x 200m at 800m tempo, cooldown

Hydrate and stretch.  At all times hydrate.
