The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

It’s time to race!

560,000 girls and boys in highschool are working cross nation this fall.

After six weeks of the season (for some, eight weeks), racing is coming alongside nicely.

Why will we push hills/

Hills are the key sauce for a lot of coaches.

Elite athletes love hill work, as it could actually exchange velocity work, assist construct power, and could be executed anyplace there’s an incline!

Heat-up nicely,

30 minute warm-up, 5k-8k cross nation race, 20-30 minute cool-down racing,

Cooldown nicely, and keep in mind to hydrate.

Test your footwear and guarantee that your coaching footwear

are prepared for 12-18 extra weeks of coaching.
