The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

It’s time to race!

560,000 girls and boys in highschool are working cross nation this fall.

After six weeks of the season (for some, eight weeks), racing is coming alongside nicely.

How are you doing?

A tip on ending cross-country races.

As I obtained fitter, I targeted on a robust end during the last 800 meters, growing the velocity every 200 meters.
