Runners have completely different objectives.

Most wish to run their greatest instances.

Some wish to make it to regionals, sectionals, or state meets.

Some dream of their groups making NXN Regionals or the NIKE NXN Championships.

Some dream of operating within the regionals and making nationals within the 2024 FootLocker (sponsored by HOKA) Cross Nation Championships.

No matter your aim, it’s time to prepare.
