2024 Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program, November 14, 2024, Week 9, Day 4, Thursday is within the hills!

The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

Thursday is a straightforward day!

A lot of the nation has had state meets (California is the newest, with November 30). Many younger cross-country

runners are making ready for the NIKE NXN and the forty fifth FootLocker, Offered by HOKA, Cross Nation Championships.

We’re taking some concepts from the nice Australian coach, Pat Clohessy, who coached Rob De Castella and Steve Moneghetti.

Cross nation is an actual key to growing as an important distance runner!

Heat-up properly,

8 x 400m hill repeats, jog down, half-hour average run, 8 x300m hill repeats, jog down,

cool-down properly,

Test your sneakers and guarantee that your coaching sneakers

are prepared for 8-9 extra weeks of coaching. (Most sneakers make it 12 weeks of coaching)
