Wednesday is a straightforward day!

Many of the nation has had state meets (California is the most recent, with November 30). Many younger cross-country

runners are getting ready for the NIKE NXN and the forty fifth FootLocker, Introduced by HOKA, Cross Nation Championships.

We’re taking some concepts from the nice Australian coach, Pat Clohessy, who coached Rob De Castella and Steve Moneghetti.

Cross nation is an actual key to growing as an ideal distance runner!

For many of the excessive schoolers competing in NXN and FootLocker, there’s one other six weeks of coaching and racing forward.

 Week 9, Day 3, Wednesday, November 13, 2024 

Heat-up properly,

45-65 minutes of average working, 6 x 150 meter stride-outs,

cool-down properly,

Test your footwear and be sure that your coaching footwear

are prepared for 8-9 extra weeks of coaching. (Most footwear make it 12 weeks of coaching)

If not, go to a neighborhood working retailer and discover one or two good coaching footwear.
